ADDITIONAL LIFE, ACCIDENT, CRITICAL ILLNESS, SHORT-TERM DISABILITY
Churches interested in acquiring additional Life, Accident, Critical Illness, and/or Short-Term Disability Insurance for their employees can set up a policy directly with Colonial Life. These benefits are contracted directly with Colonial Life, therefore churches are not restricted to the Open Enrollment time limitations for enrollment.
These voluntary benefits are available to EPC employees working 20 hours or more per week.
For more information on these benefits offered through Colonial Life, refer to the Colonial Life Voluntary Insurance Options summary below or contact Melissa Koll at (970) 262-0282 or Melissa.Koll@coloniallifesales.com.
