LEADERSHIP INSTITUTE

A key strategy for the future of the EPC is creating a leadership development culture with the goal of long-term, sustainable, transformational growth. The fifth annual Leadership Institute is the premier building block to implementing that strategy. This year, we have four all-day tracks: Children and Family Ministry Training, Youth Ministry Training, Chaplains Training, and Transitional Pastors Training; and four afternoon-only tracks on the topics of Leadership, Reformed Theology, Congregational Ministry, and Prayer.

Plenary speakers on Wednesday are Andrew Brunson, Missionary-in-Residence at Christ Community Church in Montreat, North Carolina; and Doug Webster, Professor of Pastoral Theology and Christian Preaching at Beeson Divinity School in Birmingham, Alabama.

Click here for a complete lineup of Leadership Institute seminars.

NOTE: Due to expected high demand for Andrew Brunson’s plenary session on Wednesday morning, seating in the Sanctuary is reserved for General Assembly Commissioners and Registered Guests only, on a first-come, first-served basis. Carpooling from the hotels is strongly encouraged, as parking at CCPC will be first-come, first-served. Complementary shuttle service will be provided from Hope United Methodist Church, located one half-mile west of CCPC.

All Sanctuary sessions will be live streamed to overflow seating in the CCPC Gym and Worship Overflow, as well as online via the EPC website and GA smartphone app.
