GA 2023 MEMORIALS FORM

At each General Assembly, those EPC Ruling Elders and Teaching Elders who have gone to be with the Lord since the previous Assembly are remembered with gratitude for their service to the Lord and the EPC. The listing of memorials is for those who are on the rolls of an EPC church or presbytery at the time of death. Names are read between verses of the congregational anthem “For All the Saints.”

Please submit a separate form for each individual. The deadline to submit information is June 14.
