We hope you’re eagerly anticipating our upcoming General Assembly & Gospel Priorities Summit in Cordova, Tennessee! As we gear up for this transformative event, we’re thrilled to share some more details on the childcare services available throughout the entirety of the conference.

Attending General Assembly can sometimes be a juggling act, especially for those with young children. In keeping with our focus this year on what’s “Next,” we want to be as accommodating as possible to young families. That’s why we’re delighted to offer a comprehensive childcare program designed to cater to the needs of families like yours! Here’s what you can expect from our childcare services:

Nursery (Infants – 5 years old)

Care available all day until 9 PM.

Engaging activities to keep your little ones entertained.

Elementary (K – 5th Grade)

Care available from 8:30 AM to 5 PM every day.

Lunchtime activities allow parents to fellowship and attend equipping/networking lunches.

Exciting activities include a petting zoo, playtime, bounce house, movie night, magician performances, and even a Wild Willy Concert!

Middle/High School

Tailored activities to keep our older kids engaged and entertained.

Tuesday: All-day outdoor water activities at The Collin’s Property.

Wednesday: Enjoy a Red Bird baseball game or explore a local park (dependent on scheduling).

Thursday: Wrap up with a swim party at a Hope Church member’s home.

Registration

Registration for childcare will be conveniently included with the regular GA registration process beginning April 1. When registering, please note the following:

Full-Day Option: Parents should pay for the entire day, not a la carte for specific activities.

Waivers: Waivers must be signed and will be available through the registration portal.

Cost: Childcare is $150 per child for the duration of the conference.

Scholarships

We’re also pleased to offer scholarship opportunities to assist families in need. Here’s how it works:

Eligibility: Scholarships are available for families whose local church and presbytery cannot sponsor childcare costs.

Contribution: All applicants should be willing to pay $50 per child (up to 3 children).

Application: Parents should seek sponsorship from their local church and presbytery before applying for the scholarship fund. Click here for the scholarship application form.

Incorporated into registration is the option to donate to the childcare scholarship fund enabling us to support families needing assistance with childcare.

Don’t miss out on this fantastic opportunity to engage fully in the General Assembly & Gospel Priorities Summit 2024 while ensuring your children are well-cared for and entertained. Register your whole family beginning April 1st, and rest assured that your kids will have a blast while you participate in the conference!
