The EPC is proud to announce that Chaplain, Lieutenant Colonel, Tim Mallard (pictured at right with his wife, Sharon), US Army, has been selected for Colonel and will pin on his new rank in the near future. Of course with new rank comes new responsibilities, and in turn, a likely new assignment. Tim is currently serving with honor, distinction, and diligence at the U.S. Army War College at Carlisle Barracks, PA. Together we congratulate Tim on this well-deserved recognition of his outstanding qualities, and wish he and his family the best as new opportunities and career adventures unfold.
