Fifteen leaders from eight small churches were graciously hosted by EPC of Elkton in the beautiful Shenandoah Valley of Virginia for a Networking Conference. Directed by Ed McCallum (Assistant Stated Clerk), the participants discussed the strengths of ministering in a small church setting and how to think missionally and capitalize on those strengths. Leaders left with some next steps for their ministries and a group of colleagues supporting them in those next steps.
The next Networking Conference for Leaders of Small Churches will be hosted by Terrace Heights EPC in Yakima, Washington March 12-14, 2014.
