HEARING AID DISCOUNT PROGRAM
Participants enrolled in the EPC Benefit Plans—including the Retirement Plan—can take advantage of the Amplifon hearing aid discount program. This program provides discounted hearing aids through more than 5,000 audiologists throughout the country. There are other benefits provided when working through this network.
This benefit is available to EPC employees working 20 hours or more per week.

ADDITIONAL LIFE, ACCIDENT, CRITICAL ILLNESS, SHORT-TERM DISABILITY
Churches interested in acquiring additional Life, Accident, Critical Illness, and/or Short-Term Disability Insurance for their employees can set up a policy directly with Colonial Life. These benefits are contracted directly with Colonial Life, therefore churches are not restricted to the Open Enrollment time limitations for enrollment.
These voluntary benefits are available to EPC employees working 20 hours or more per week.
