EPC Benefit Resources, Inc. (BRI) is operated by the Evangelical Presbyterian Church and is solely dedicated to support pastors and staff of EPC churches throughout the country. Our programs include insured health benefits covering medical, prescription drug, dental, and vision care needs as well as disability and life insurance coverages. These benefit programs as well as our wellness initiatives are available to all full-time church staffs. We also offer a Defined Contribution Retirement Plan designed specifically for employees of non-profit church organizations that includes retirement planning advisory services.

2019 Benefits Guide
The monthly premium rates for the 2019 Medical, Dental, Vision, Life and AD&D, and Long-Term Disability (LTD) plans are available at www.epc.org/benefits/2019premiumrates. This online calculator is a great tool for budgeting and for choosing a plan that fits within your budget.
New to the calculator this year are premium rates for the Medicare Comprehensive Medical Plan and Missionary Gold Plan.

These forms are fillable PDF documents, which you can type directly into by saving to your computer, then opening in Adobe Acrobat. If you prefer, you can fill them out by hand, but please print legibly. Also please note that your insurance Enrollment Form needs to have an authorized person’s approval, if applicable.
Employee Benefit Enrollment/Change Form
Use this form to enroll new participants in the Medical, Life, Long-Term Disability, Dental, and Vision plans. For insurance(s), the date of eligibility depends on whether the employee is currently insured:
• For a new hire transferring from another Plan, coverage will commence the day following termination of coverage from their previous plan.
• For a new hire not transferring from another plan, EPC insurance benefits will begin on the first day of the month following the date of hire.
• If you are a new employee to the EPC, contact your church administrator to learn what EPC benefits are offered from the options available.
Church Benefit Election Form
The Church Benefit Election Form is required to select those benefits you will offer to your staff. The EPC Administration Office must have this completed form on file for employees of your church to enroll in the EPC Benefit Plans.

BRI BOARD OF DIRECTORS
The Board of Directors works with the BRI Executive Director and EPC Chief Operating Officer to oversee administration of the EPC Retirement and Benefit Plans. They also serve as trustees of the Retirement and Benefit Plan Trusts, and compile the annual report of its proceedings to the Shareholders and General Assembly.
