2021 VISION PLAN

Vision benefits for 2021 offer plan participants access to more than 94,000 providers nationwide, including major retail eyecare chains and thousands of private practitioners. The 2021 plan offers enhancements over the 2020 plan, with participants now able to get both lenses and contacts annually instead of choosing only one. Certain co-pays for various lens options also have been reduced. Additional improvements include Lasik discounts, retinal screening, and the EyeEssentials discount plan for purchases made beyond normal coverages. The SmartBuyer tool includes guides to help you make informed decisions to both maximize your benefit value and minimize your out-of-pocket costs as you navigate the maze of eyewear options.
