2023 XP/ADMINISTRATORS GATHERING
If you are an EPC Executive Pastor, Executive and/or Operations Director, Business Administrator, or serve in other operational leadership roles in the local church, join us this fall for our 9th annual EPC XP/Administrators Gathering and refine your ability to help your church achieve its mission and vision. You will be able to build/fortify your network of EPC peers who face similar challenges and opportunities, enhance your readiness to plan and execute change management strategies, and collaborate with peers to cultivate other essential knowledge and skills.
Our gathering consists of two parts:
1. Leadership seminar led by David Fletcher.
2. Roundtable Discussion: Whatever topics you choose, such as church and staff leadership, volunteers, organization design, teamwork. finance, stewardship, HR/benefits, legal, IT, media, communications, facilities, security, etc.—whatever needs fixing or improvement. Facilitated by Patrick Coelho, CFO of the EPC Office of the General Assembly.
Cost is $100 per person and includes seminar speaker, two on-site lunches, Thursday dinner, and refreshments.

GUEST SPEAKER
Dr. David “Fletch” Fletcher is often called The Dean of Executive Pastors. He was a pastor for 35 years in churches from 1,000-8,000 members, including single and multi-site congregations, churches with mergers, camps, schools, apartments, and cafés. He founded XPastor.org in 2003, and its free articles from hundreds of authors have become a principal resource for leaders in a complex church world.
With degrees from Dallas Theological Seminary and executive education at Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management and the Harvard Business School, he brings an objective perspective, vast experience, biblical principles, and best practices. He teaches Doctor of Ministry students at Dallas Seminary and ETS India, and has written books and scores of articles for national publications.
With his wife, Tami, he loves to walk the hills near their home in Austin, Texas—and Fletch loves scuba diving in rivers, lakes, missile silos, and the world’s oceans.
