2019 VISION PLAN
BRI offers a Vision Plan through the EyeMed network of providers. The Plan covers an eye exam and lenses every 12 months, and eyeglass frames every 24 months. Other benefits of the Plan include coverage of:
• Retinal Imaging
• Single Vision, Bifocal, Trifocal, Standard and Premium Progressive, and Lenticular Lenses
• UV Treatment, Solid and Gradient Tint, Scratch Coating, Polycarbonate, and Anti-Reflective Lens Coating.
• Contact Lens Fit and Followup.
• Conventional, Disposable, and Medically Necessary Contact Lenses.
• Laser Vision Correction.
